While I’ll take this last week to address the changes and adjust the animation, I also have the new assignment to prepare for – The Leap Over the Chasm. I could have done one of four assignments: A run cycle, a simple leap, jumping onto a box and then down off the box, and a leap from one pole to another pole (old school kungfu style). I’ve chosen to blend the leap and the pole-leap.

As you can see in my reference footage, my character cannot use his arms for balance. In fact, Stewie, the character I’ll be using, has no arms. This is the footage:
